• What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt, you may return any item (excluding skin care and mascara) in its original condition (with the box and unused). Simply complete the form on your invoice and return it with your shipment. The full refund price will be issued for any returned item that meets these conditions. Under no circumstances will shipping costs be refunded unless:

• The return is the result of our error
• The item is defective

Reimbursable shipping costs cannot exceed our published "per item" shipping costs.

The 30-day policy may be extended as long as the item is in its original saleable condition. Defective items will be covered as long as the item is returned in the same condition as it was sold.

Due to hygienic concerns all skin care and mascara purchases are final.

• Are customers required to pay the shipping charges for items that are being returned?

We only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Occasionally, the wrong product will be shipped in error. If you’ve ordered a $20 fragrance and receive the more expensive version of that fragrance, you cannot keep it simply because we erred in shipping the incorrect fragrance. You will have to return it in exchange for the correct product, but we will pay the shipping on the return.

• What do I need to do if I want to return my order (partial or complete)?

The first thing you need to do is contact our customer service department at 1-866-948-4723 to obtain an RMA number. Once you've gotten this number you can send us back your order using your preferred shipping company. Please make sure the contents of the order are carefully packaged making sure they are protected for the entire trip. We prefer you use UPS as they offer tracking and insurance on the packages. BigDiscount.com is not responsible for packages that you return.
